Recycling

What do you do with your printer cartridge when it’s run out of ink? If the answer is ‘throw it in the bin’, then STOP!

Leading recycling company Redeem Plc will take them off your hands free of charge and in return make regular donations to The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. It’s a really easy and straightforward way of helping to raise money for the charity. Not only can you recycle ink and toner cartridges but you can recycle your old mobile phones and PDAs.

Even better, mums and dads can take part too. They can recycle their empty cartridges, mobile phones and PDAs in the workplace by requesting a recycling box.

This initiative has already raised £125,000 for the Foundation in the last 5 years.

When running an event:

Involve as many people as possible as their enthusiasm will be key to your success
